Tweezers
Tweezers have been a part of our grooming since their inception. Gone are the days where Neanderthals and nomadic creatures with long beards and hair all over their bodies. Nowadays, people rely on scissors, razor blades, and tweezers to manage the unnecessary hair on their bodies. A well groomed appearance has been associated with trimmed hair, well manicured and maintained nails, and clear skin. For many, the lesser hair, the neater one appears. You would not want to be caught in an emergency situation where some nostril hairs are popping out of your nose. That would be very embarrassing wouldn’t it? Still, many people don’t realize the other uses of tweezers.
There are various branded products such as henckels tweezers and emjoi tweezers which are considered to have ultimate performance in hair removal. The green bell tweezer, which is especially designed for nostril hairs and seki edge tweezers, is a very special tool. There are modern innovations on tweezers which claim painless hair removal and this is called automatic tweezers. A gold tweezer can make some people just love gold more and would collect and use almost anything out of gold. We may not understand these people, but according to most of them it is a sort of investment! Some say it just satisfies them to acquire something of the sort. A famous American singer and pop artist, Madonna herself, had acquired a gold eyelash curler which she says is one of her priceless possessions. Auctioneers had tried setting a lucrative amount to put the item in auction but to no avail. This only proves how much a collection can be really precious and no amount of wealth can buy it. Tweezers can sometimes fit this bill.
Tweezers have other uses besides just these. Just like scissors, needles, and knives which you we may see as ordinary kitchen tools, they can also be a life saving instrument in an operating room of a hospital. In surgery, particularly, a sterilized tweezer is used to pull out foreign material such as bullets or broken glasses from a person’s body. The use of a tweezer is important in this sense because this is the only tool which has the strength and ability to remove even the smallest material from even the most delicate part of the body due to its pointed edge.
Amazing? Yes it is! Different types, different brands, different uses, painless or not, you say it and tweezers still do its purpose. The most favorable of all is its medical use in saving lives. Tweezers are simple but amazing.
